USBL tracking for small vehicles

The MicronNav system is an innovative Ultra-Short Base Line (USBL) positioning system designed for small vehicles. It has been primarily designed to be used in conjunction with the Tritech Micron sonar and other products in the Micron range but will also adapt well to other sonars such as those from the SeaKing range.

Tritech- SeaKing Towfish

Compact, lightweight, easy to deploy and
easy to recover

The SeaKing Towfish is designed for a wide
range of seabed surveys and inspection duties.
The 325kHz frequency has a maximum
operational range of 200m on each side. The
sonar combines the latest digital sonar
electronics with industry leading transducer
design and digital CHIRP signal processing
techniques to dramatically improve range
resolution and generate sonar images of
unprecedented clarity.

Super SeaKing DST- Tritech

Advanced CHIRP signal processing for
clear and high resolution imagery

The Super SeaKing DST is a digital CHIRP dual
frequency sonar capable of operating in Low
Frequency or High Frequency modes. When
operating in Low Frequency mode the sonar has
a true operational range of 300m. Switching to
High Frequency mode the same sensor is
capable of providing a high definition image at
shorter range.
